Return Process

  Log into your Millennium Games account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your return authorization.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
